Querying Active and Substantial Incubator projects, using those new designations to provide

  • additional stats in state_of_languages.ipynb
  • both_current_and_grad_incubator_history_visualizations-active_substantial.ipynb: which is new version of both_current_and_grad_incubator_history_visualizations.ipynb filtering current Incubator projects for only active and substantial Incubator projects
  • current_incubator_history_visualizations-active_substantial.ipynb which is new version of current_incubator_history_visualizations.ipynb filtering current Incubator projects for only active and substantial Incubator projects
