Remove "unclassed" region from geographic content gap metrics

Neil Shah-Quinn (WMF) requested to merge work/nshahquinn-wmf/remove_unclassed_region into main

The "unclassed" region (which is just Antartica) has very little content and is not useful at this level of metrics. The underlying content gap data no longer contains this data, so there is no need to update the query to exclude it.
