Draft: Include MenuButton and an example MultiLookup

Milimetric requested to merge add-codex-components into main

There is a parallel collaboration with Codex to include these components upstream. In the meantime, here are some functional components along with an example integration for each. I tried to define each component in its own folder with:

  • codex-wip/<>/README.md shows how you would integrate it
  • codex-wip/<>/<>.vue is the definition and can be changed freely to accomplish whatever we like, I will be responsible for syncing these changes back to Codex
