Update CI runner image
Per suggestion from releng, new image does not have an assumption on where the source lives so that we can use the standard ./run.sh script on the GitLab CI runner.
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
