Spins up Dockerized non-headless Chromium in automation mode which can be used for things like running Selenium tests. The desktop inside the container may be viewed via a noVNC url so you can watch your tests execute as you debug them. If tests close Chromium, it is restarted automatically. A stable websocket endpoint is also provided so subsequent tests may continue after such restarts
