Leave a patchset level comment on the Gerrit change after adding to the Deployments page. The comment uses Markdown syntax and links both to the deployment window and the Zonestamp tool. The comment is marked as having been machine generated, but is left in such a way that users can reply to the comment if they have a need. This could be used for example to mark a deployment as having been skipped or reverted.
