Changes:

Reduce the stack printed by git log --graph to avoid confusing the user.
Pass the apt-component value to the apt-release script.
Avoid building for Buster in repository-release.sh.
Pass the BUILD_HOME env variable to gpb buildpackage to fix some permission/runtime issue while building.
