Your GitLab account gets automatically approved within one hour if you are a member of Trusted Contributors in Gerrit, or a member of the Trusted-Contributors group in Phabricator and linked your Developer account to your Phabricator account. If none of these apply, you can file an unlock request to expedite access.

The GitHub repository was the source of truth for the Style Guide. This repository was imported from the Gerrit repository which is out-of-sync with the GitHub repository. So this new repository doesn't have many recent commits. This MR merges all the remaining commits from the GitHub repository.
