Your GitLab account gets automatically approved within one hour if you are a member of Trusted Contributors in Gerrit, or a member of the Trusted-Contributors group in Phabricator and linked your Developer account to your Phabricator account. If none of these apply, you can file an unlock request to expedite access.

Restart backfill thread if it dies and we still need it
Unify cirrus.Wiki and cirrus.CirrusCluster. Wiki wasn't doing much of anything
Add test cases for cirrus.reindex_all. This had 0 coverage, and the tests aren't amazing. But it's something.
Various minor code cleanups, doc improvements, and commentary.
