Cultural geography content gap

  • migrate to using the new canonical_data.countriesfrom {-gdi.country_meta_data-}
  • the canonical country table now includes the the corresponding wikidata qid, which makes mapping geographic entities easier
  • update the cultural content gap to using wikidata qid for mapping, and aggregate the metrics for the wmf region level.
