Don't fail to iterate dumps
This essentially simply skips articles that could not be initialized (e.g. malformed data) rather than causing complete failure that consumers can't recover from.

How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
