Rearranged the /etc/helmfile-defaults related files in exp/files/deploy.
Copied in /etc/helmfile-defaults/mediawiki/httpd.yaml from deploy1002.eqiad.wmnet.

This allows the mw-debug k8s deployment to serve www.mediawiki.org for
testing.
