scap deploy: Remove git-lfs autodetection
The idea was kind of nice but doesn't work in the case where the main
repo doesn't use lfs but submodules do. It also doesn't work in the
case where there's a .gitattributes file in a subdirectory.
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
