Rephrase k8s disablement message

Lucas Werkmeister (WMDE) requested to merge lucaswerkmeister-wmde/scap:rephrase into master

Avoid the noun “deployment”, which also has a specific meaning in Kubernetes and could therefore confuse deployers (the deployments, in the kubernetes sense, are not disabled or otherwise affected). Use the verb form “deploying” instead.
