Revise tasks.get_wikiversions_ondisk()

get_wikiversions_ondisk() now returns bare versions instead of
php-. This is more useful to current and future code.

Renamed the existing get_wikiversions_ondisk() to
get_wikiversions_ondisk_ex() and changed it to return bare versions
too.
