Exclude deploy servers from target list if /srv/mediawiki is a symlink

If the deploy server's /srv/mediawiki is a symlink, don't include deploy servers in mediawiki installation targets. This will prevent it from trying to run "scap pull", "scap cdb-rebuild", etc on deploy servers during a "scap sync-world".
