deploy_security: Remove colon from user name in log message

Lucas Werkmeister (WMDE) requested to merge lucaswerkmeister-wmde/release:lucaswerkmeister-wmde-main-patch-78782 into main

stashbot includes this colon in the SAL username (example), which we don’t really want.

IMHO this seems easier than teaching stashbot to trim the colon; other logmsgbot messages also usually don’t have anything after the part that becomes the user name (e.g. “log jmm@cumin2002 START - Cookbook…”).
