rename settings files according to hostnames
This change renames settings files accoriding to hostnames. This
should be more descriptive than settings.yaml. One caveat is that
files have to renamed in case of a failover/switch of instances.
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
