Hi, I ran into an issue recently while applying gitlab settings to a new replica during a failover test. Some requirements were missing from the requirments.txt file. I have updated the same.
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
