dev: Add initial quibble support
This still has quite some bugs but it is a good starting point to let folks play around and particularly folks that know more about quibble than I do to try and make the integration better!
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
