Incorporate content gap metrics in reports

This update integrates the content gap metrics into both the monthly and quarterly reports. It introduces two new visualizations for the gender and geographic content gaps.

Changes include:

  • Addition of 'content.py' for helper functions.
  • Modifications in wikicharts for %s and extra annotations.
  • New data folder for storing the list of wikis.
  • Minor syntax adjustments in 'quarterly' and 'utils.py'.
