Pass snapshot date as CLI argument to Commons script
With this MR, you can pass a snapshot date 'YYYY-MM-DD' as an argument to the command line of the Commons script, e.g.:
python src/commonswiki_file.py '2022-01-24' /user/mfossati/snapshotzHow to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
