Addind a new scensario outline to test different activity-levels for edited_pages_aggregate endpoint (edit-analytics service).

We have to keep in mind that this new scenario will fail when running against production environment because we have pending deployment the bug that pass the activity-level to the query for this endpoint (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T353872)
