Fix Gitlab CI syntax error.
The cobertura keyword has been removed from Gitlab CI. This commit replaces coverage reporting using the new syntax. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/348980/
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
