Rollback eventutilities python

Gmodena requested to merge rollback-eventutilities-python into main

Rollback to the an eventutilities-phython snapshot that we ran on YARN in December/January without OOM.

Changes have been tested in YARN (again, without OOM), but need a new release to be tested in DSE k8s.

The goal of this change is to establish a baseline to track performance regressions.

We might revert once tests have completed.
