Build images for datahub 0.13.3, based on bookworn/OpenJDK17

Upgrading to Datahub 0.13.3 requires using OpenJDK 17, itself based on Bookworm at the WMF. I'm rebuilding Datahub 0.13.3 images, based either on Bookworm or OpenJDK 17.

Note: Datahub 0.12.1 uses the com.github.node-gradle:gradle-node-plugin:2.2.4 gradle plugin, whereas datahub 0.13.3 jumped 5 major versions, up to 7.0.1. Looking at the Changelog, it appeared that the proxy settings management had been revamped and made automatic. I removed all proxy settings to fix the following build issue

Note 2: I've had to change the /datahub/datahub-frontend path because the content of the datahub-frontend.zip archive changed between versions.
