Fix problems with the libmamaba solver

The previous conda-analytics package exhibited an error relating to the loading of a library that supports the libmamba solver.

This build tries to simplify the build and pack process in order to fix this error.

In addition we bump the version of wmfdata-python that is included as well as updating the transient dependencies.
