DAGs to calculate metrics related to recentchanges patrolling (analytics_product)

• Two DAGs to calculate various metrics related to patrolled and unpatrolled recent changes, on a daily basis on a specific set of wikis where $wgUseRCPatrol is enabled.
• I have added a new version of the package to artifacts as I didn't want to edit the existing DAG (flagged revs) which uses a previous version of the package.
• I have tested both the DAGs and job scripts, per https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/-/snippets/71
