Create team-specific EasyDAG templates

Neil Shah-Quinn (WMF) requested to merge work/nshahquinn-wmf/split_analytics_product_config into main

Product Analytics and Movement Insights will be sharing the analytics_product Airflow instance, but each team's jobs need to have different alert emails configured (and possibly other different configuration in the future).

This creates different versions of the create_easy_dag function for each team, and changes the three existing DAGs to use the new Product Analytics–specific function.
