Have the bot make a table of recent wishes for the dashboard

  • Fill out recent wishes template
  • Use both start and end markers in the index templates, instead of just an insert location marker. This makes it easier to preserve trailing content while rebuilding the list.
  • Don't shuffle the list of all wishes.
