Add mobile support and fix some prod errors

The intent here is to just get things working. The cards are made to be full-width, and we're now using the VE modules that were intended for mobile ( T370340).

DescriptionField is now aware if MobileFrontend is active and loads the applicable modules, and uses a customized toolbar.

WishlistManager no longer adds the "Prepare for translation" button on mobile as it relies on wgCategories being set on the client. This should be fine… staff are presumably using desktop.
