* Stop updating indexes in the gadget. It's simpler to just
  have the bot do it.
* If a wish has status=archived, put it only in the Archive index, not
  in the All, Recent or focus area index.
* I used "archive" instead of "archived" for page names since things
  go in an archive when they are archived.
* I used "Community Wishlist/Archive" instead of
  "Community Wishlist/Wishes/Archive" to avoid conflicting with the
  wish title prefix.
* In WishStoreUpdater, if there are no wish pages, avoid an exception.
* Fix typo dasboard -> dashboard
