toolforge_get_versions: add some color when versions are weird
Show in red when the version deployed is not the one in the local toolforge-deploy repo, and in yellow if it's an 'mr' deployment.

How to register an account on GitLab. Due to spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot.
