Revert "api: Fix mount type validation logic"

This reverts commit 8f5e1f60

The reason for this revert is that I mistakenly deleted an image I thought to be immutable in the toolsbeta-harbor toolforge project jobs-api repository. Since the change hasn't been merged into toolforge-deploy, deleting artifacts and tags and reverting then creating new merge request should fix that.
