Why:

To use the Inbox extension to receive incident report emails the recipient email addresses list should contain at least one email for the example accounts that have a confirmed email address.

What:

Add User:Patch Demo's email address to the $wgReportIncidentRecipientEmails config so that Special:Inbox can be used to view the report incident emails.
