Add RevisionSlider to allowed extensions

WMF deployed extension that should be available to test. Already included in repositories-preset-wikimedia.txt but not actually available in the list of supported extensions.
How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
