Tell users when they have wikis containing only merged patches

- De-indent table script block
- Add checkbox to filter only "closed" wikis
- Prompt users when they have closed wikis than can be deleted

How to register an account on GitLab. To prevent spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot. You can also file an unlock request to expedite access.
