Add orchestrator code for built-in equality implementations Z6901/2/4/5
Depends on function-schemata patch function-schemata!162 (merged) which defines the built in implementations. Tests are expected to pass once that patch is pulled through.
Orchestrator code for Z6903 and Z6906 will come in a separate patch, after more work has been done to flesh out the retrieval of those types from Wikidata. (These are the equality function implementations for Wikidata statement and Wikidata lexeme sense.)
