Create separate deployments for the python3-all and javascript-all evaluators.
Point the orchestrator to multiple language-specific evaluators. Also add a script to generate the environment variable used in the orchestrator.

How to register an account on GitLab. Due to spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot.
