Your GitLab account gets automatically approved within one hour if you are a member of Trusted Contributors in Gerrit, or a member of the Trusted-Contributors group in Phabricator and linked your Developer account to your Phabricator account. when clicking cancel on a rollback reason dialog, clicking no it causes an error due to the throw error in the previous version - I haven't tested this so there is probably something I've missed
