Draft:Hook rollback icon display on wikipage.diff

When the diff view updates (either by changes from the revision scroller or from external userscripts), RedWarn does not re-render its rollback icons. This MR will latch rollback icon rendering to the "wikipage.diff" hook to reload the rollback icons when the diff panel is reloaded.

This aims to ensure compatibility for the following:

• Extension:RevisionSlider
• Krinkle's Real Time Recent Changes
• Awesome Aasim's RC Patrol
