Added SPARQL query link to author's works list page (T397554)

This merge request (closes T397554 adds a visible link to the Wikidata Query Service (WQS) on each author’s works list page. The link opens the WQS prefilled with the SPARQL query used to generate the author’s works.

Changes I made:

Added dynamic WQS link above the author’s works list.

Ensured the link correctly passes the query string for each author.

Used Bootstrap styles for consistent visual integration.
