Prefilled nationality of author and country of origin of work at the country page

This merge request implements automatic prefilling of the Nationality (for authors) and Country of Origin (for works) filters on the country page.

It ensures no trailing spaces in prefilled values.

Expands the “Advanced filters” section by default to make the prefilled fields visible.
