Delete unknown catalyst envs from PD db

  • Catalyst.php: getEnvironments now throws an exception if an error occurs
  • Updates expiryCheck.php and index.php to catch getEnvironments exceptions
  • Deletes any catalyst backend wikis from the patchdemo db if they don't come back in the list of environments requested from catalyst so that they don't get displayed in the wikis table as unknown wikis.
  • Displays a warning before the previously generated wikis table if catalyst could not be reached.
