Update DNS and TLS tests

Ssingh requested to merge tls-updates into main
  1. Update the cipher suites order to match the change in Wikimedia DNS server priority.
  2. Fix the IP address for example.org and replace it with icann.org, as a test domain.
  3. Add magru Wikimedia DNS hosts.
