Rename the model Task to Scan (and some other minor updates)

This MR:

  1. Adds some minor helpful commands to README.md

  2. Updates poetry.lock with some minor dependency changes

  3. Changes the Task object to the more specific Scan object (rename)

  4. Updates schema.yml with the affected changes via drf-spectacular
