No need to have this separate command line argument as we know we'll
need only two tables for each script: one for development and one for
production. Hard code these table names to be consistent with how we use
hard-coded table names in other places in these scripts.

We used to left join pageviews, quality scores, and revision counts with
the article created dataframe. If an article was created in 2015, but
had pageviews, a quality score, and revision counts in 2022, we'd be
throwing away these pieces of information because of left joins. With
full joins we'll be duplicating page ID's but will be keeping the
previously discarded information.
