Citation detection falsely tries to include page-numbers from within a citation

Example: https://ban.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afrika_Kelod#cite_ref-cib11_2-0 the [2] is captured but then the :18 also looks like a citation per the current definition but is not and throws an error because it lacks an ID.
