Parse misspellings from all language wiktionaries

So far we have collected misspellings from enwiktionary. We need to collect misspellings from all language wiktionaries to augment the misspelling list. Except viwiktionary, since its structure of misspelling pages (pages that use misspelling of template) is different from enwiktionary, and would require a different parser.
