Fix ldap.toolforge.org link to use new /cn/ route
The /user/ route takes the uid, which is not the same as, and can
have conflicts with the cn. The ldap tool now has a /cn/ route that
will redirect to the current /user/ URL.

How to register an account on GitLab. Due to spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot.
